About

I’m inspired to see people finding their way to a better quality of life. Many of us need a little help from time to time, myself included, to get back into balance and feel empowered with our health and way of life. To do so, it’s important to work with someone who you feel comfortable and in good hands. I enjoy this work fundamentally because it’s working with people and I approach it as a collaboration.

I’ve had a few injuries in my time and have always enjoyed the rehabilitation process and seeing the everyday improvements. As part of this process, I came across some fantastic therapists and their passion and expertise inspired me to follow this further. I studied with the CTS and Edinburgh Napier University, graduating with distinction in Complementary Therapies and Anatomy & Physiology. Since then I’ve completed further trainings, specialising in reflexology, massage and manual therapies. I’ve worked in Hospices, Community Health & Wellness Centres, and am now enjoying running my own clinic.

I’m part of the PVG scheme (Protection for Vulnerable Groups) and prior to this have worked as a support worker and producer in the arts and culture world. I’ve also led workshops across the UK and enjoy teaching and facilitation.

Outside of ‘all this’, I enjoy Qigong, dancing, cooking, camping and getting out and about.
